Returns Policy

The buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days following acceptance of the goods.

Should he/she decide to do so, he/she shall return the undamaged goods without signs of being used or of wear and tear, in the original package, within the specified period of time (whereas the shipment date shall be decisive).

Having received the returned goods, the seller shall refund the respective amount to the customer by return in a manner agreed in advance, postal order or transfer to the designated bank account.

The provider shall not refund the costs of packaging and postage.
